Our processing time is 1-2 business days. After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to track your package. Please keep in mind that it may take an additional 1-2 business days for the postal carrier to update the shipment status.

The estimated shipping times (in business days) are: Netherlands: 1-4 days Europe: 2-8 days Rest of World: 5-12 days Please be aware that delivery to remote areas and during busy seasons may take a few extra days. The couriers we work with are: DHL (Deutsche Post), DPD, PostNL, and UPS.

Yes, this can be organised. If you don't see an express shipping option for the country you wish to ship to, please send an email to info@im-yogi.com and we will be happy to provide you with a quote. For all express shipments, we utilise UPS Expedited service.

We gladly accept returns, and we offer a full refund as long as the product is returned to us in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and make sure to dispatch the items back to us within 21 days of delivery.

To return your order, please ship it to our authorized Returns Shipping Address using your preferred shipper. We recommend using a trackable service and ensuring that the package is securely wrapped to prevent any damage or loss during transit. Once we receive your return and it has been inspected, refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you have purchased an IMYOGI product from one of our retailers, please note that you will need to directly request a return with that specific retailer.

Refunds for credit card payments may take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank, depending on their individual processing times. The duration can vary significantly among different credit card issuers. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable.
